ISD728 2026 Referendum

ISD 728, which serves the communities of Zimmerman, Elk River, Otsego, Rogers, and surrounding areas, is moving forward with a referendum that officials state will strongly position the District over the next decade. This referendum is about building a new high school in Otsego, a K-8 school, additions to existing facilities, and district-wide safety and security upgrades. Voting “No” will result in boundary changes for some schools, and schools will be at capacity, using almost every room.

This could impact us as high capacity may require ISD 728 to convert our designated rooms into classrooms. The full list of changes can be found at ISD 728’s website (www.isd728.org/about1/2026-referendum) and you can contact us at [email protected] for more information on how it impacts us.
